A full charge typically takes 2–3 hours and lasts several cleaning sessions.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer tracked international shipping to most countries.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your region and local customs.

Can I return my product?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our EU return center.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a free replacement or refund — no need to send anything back.
